Please read this through before requesting a review of your book, and readers of my reviews. If I am backlogged with reviews, it may take me awhile to get to your book if it is a genre and book I would be willing to review.
I review books through NetGalley, Escapist Tours, Orbit Books, author requests, and my own reads. I review fantasy (all subgenres) and science fiction. If the genre of books that you enjoy is fantasy, epic fantasy, grimdark, urban fantasy, romantic fantasy, science fiction, and young adult fantasy, I hope you will find books that you will want to read. At times I may only give overall general thoughts on a book and not a full review. You can find those in “Bookish Tidbits”. I am a NetGalley Top Reviewer, do book tours with Escapist Tours, and I am a pre-approved ARC reviewer for Orbit Books.
I do not review any general romance, historical fiction, general fiction, religious books, children’s books (excluding YA fantasy) and non-fiction. I will not review any books with graphic sexual assault. If it is mentioned, but not shown, that is fine.
FOR AUTHORS: If you would like me to read and review your book, please fill out the Contact Me page with your information. It will be indicated if I have received a copy of a book in exchange for an honest review when posted. I can take eBooks sent directly to my Kindle App (please contact me) or physical books if you choose (but that is not necessary for me to review).
FOR READERS: I will give you my honest opinion about books that I read. I hope that my “insight” will encourage you to read a book I have written about, especially indie and self-published authors who have amazing stories to tell. This is about sharing my love for books with you. My reviews will always be honest and spoiler free. Books in a series are reviewed individually, and they WILL have spoilers for previous books. On occasion, I may review a series of books at once if it lends itself to doing so.
Books will be rated on a scale of 1 – 5 stars, 5 being the highest.
I am not paid for book reviews nor would I ever ask for compensation. My opinions are my own. Reviews are also posted to Instagram, Goodreads, Twitter, and Amazon. If you would like your review posted to any other retail site, just let me know and I will be happy to do so.
